About Casting

Our primary casting services include:

  • 14K, 18K, and 24K gold
  • Platinum (Pt950)
  • 925 silver
  • Brass and copper

If you have special alloy requirements, feel free to contact us to discuss custom solutions.

We also offer casting services for single pieces, but since casting requires accumulating a certain quantity for each furnace batch, it must align with our weekly casting schedule. As a result, we cannot specify delivery times but will coordinate with you accordingly.

The casting price is typically calculated based on the following factors:

  1. Material Cost: The price of metal materials is the main part of the casting cost. Different types and purities of metal materials have different prices.

  2. Complexity of Craftsmanship: The complexity of craftsmanship required during casting will affect the cost. For example, intricate mold designs or special casting processes may increase the cost.

  3. Size and Weight: The size and weight of the item are also factors that influence the casting price. Larger and heavier items may require more materials and labor hours, thus increasing the cost accordingly.

  4. Quantity: Generally, mass production can reduce the unit cost. If you need a large quantity of the same item to be cast, you may receive more favorable pricing.

Taking these factors into consideration, the casting price will be calculated based on your specific requirements and project characteristics.

  • Max length is less than 8-10cm. (Depends on the design.)
  • The thinnest part must over 0.4mm

Yes, we do offer mold making services. Whether you provide your design sketches or concepts, our team can assist you in creating molds that meet your requirements for casting or other processing work. If you need mold making services, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with relevant information and assistance.

About 3D Printing

We primarily offer 3D printing services for metalworking casting.

  • Pure wax 3D printing
  • Resin 3D printing (high percentage of wax)

Resin printing and wax printing are two different 3D printing technologies.

  1. Resin Printing

    • It uses resin materials for printing, typically photopolymer resins.
    • Printed objects typically have a higher surface smoothness and detail, suitable for intricate designs and model making.
    • Resin printing often requires additional post-processing steps like cleaning, curing, and polishing.
  2. Wax Printing
    • 使用蠟材料進行列印,通常是熱熔蠟。
    • Printed objects have high precision and density, suitable for the lost-wax casting process used in metalworking.
    • Objects printed with wax can be directly used for casting molds without additional post-processing steps.

In summary, resin printing is suitable for producing detailed models or parts with high aesthetic requirements, while wax printing is suitable for creating casting molds, especially in the lost-wax casting process used in metalworking.

  • The finished product from pure wax/purple wax printing is 100% wax, which will completely melt during the casting process. For designs requiring finer details and intricate features that need to be replicated accurately, pure wax printing can provide a more complete print. However, due to the nature of wax, the sharpness of details may be slightly compromised.
  • Resin printing, on the other hand, primarily uses resin, with a higher wax content such as FW996. Although the finished product from resin printing has higher fidelity, there may be some residue of carbonaceous materials during the casting burnout process, potentially causing damage to the details during casting.

However, considering the interactive results between printing and casting, it is still necessary to determine the appropriate printing material based on different designs. Further communication is needed, so feel free to contact us anytime for more information.

About Design

Yes, of course! If you have a specific design in mind, simply provide us with a photo, and we will assist you with the design and production process.

If you don't have a clear direction for the design, you can also discuss your ideas with our designers, and we will help create a design for you.

Of course.

As long as you have an initial concept, our designers can assist you in creating the final product.
You can also provide the parts, materials, or stones you wish to use.

Of course! Jewelry is a small artistic creation that incorporates many techniques. We warmly welcome your collaboration for any projects involving related craftsmanship.
